I don't think we've ever featured a home that was built in the same year we wrote about it, but this newly constructed ski chalet in Park City, Utah, is one hell of a first.

Sitting on 2.6 acres in the swanky alpine ski resort of Deer Valley, the property boasts 21,378 square feet of living space and some very impressive amenities.

With more window than wall, there are spectacular views of the Jordanelle Reservoir, Bald Mountain and the Uinta mountain range from practically every room.

There's no chance of getting bored, either; the place has a bowling alley, home theater, private spa, full-size basketball court, golf simulator and even a climbing wall.

Outside, there's 5,000 square feet of heated patio space, a jacuzzi and a breathtaking infinity pool — and, last but not least, a private gondola to transport you to and from the slopes.
